The app is not live yet. Where is Next? is in development for web, iOS, and Android. These terms describe how use of the service will work when it launches. Browsing this website does not create a user account or activate the sections below until the product is publicly available.

About Where is Next?

Where is Next? helps you discover places with AI search, map your travels in My World, capture visits, plan trips, and share travel with people you follow. We do not sell tickets, bookings, or lodging as part of the core product.

1. When these terms apply

When the Where is Next? app or signed in web experience becomes available, using it means you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may offer beta or early access under the same terms unless we tell you otherwise.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple, Google, or other providers we support. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service under applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, impersonate, or post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not disrupt the service, scrape at scale without permission, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not spam or violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate Where is Next?, including showing it to followers or according to your privacy settings. You confirm you have the rights to post what you share.

5. Our intellectual property

The Where is Next? name, mark, design, and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not grant rights to use our trademarks except to refer to the product accurately.

6. Third party services

Maps, sign in providers, cloud infrastructure, and other integrations are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third party sites or services linked from Where is Next?.

7. Disclaimers

The service will be provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Recommendations and user content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always use your own judgment when traveling.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Where is Next? and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms before and after launch. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above and, when appropriate, notice on the site or in the app.
